What is the Coaching Process?
Students will be directly paired with one of our trained and accredited coaches. Once they are connected, they can expect the following:
A one-on-one personalized initial call for 30-60 minutes. This allows the coach and your student to get to know each other before they begin coaching. We find a real and human conversation to get to know your student is the most effective way to get started.
Each coaching session begins with your coachee bringing what is important to them or something they want to accomplish. Our coaches are trained to coach on any topic, so they are always prepared to help your students.
Coaching sessions are typically 30-45 minutes. During this time, the coach is helping your student explore their goals and making a plan on how to achieve them.
Coaching sessions are typically done weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your students’s goals.

what is the cost?
The rates to pay per student depends on how many students are being supported. Each student will receive five coaching sessions from a coach who is highly trained, experienced, and credentialed by the International Coaching Federation.
